I had a couple of questions about vibrating the runes( yes I have read the bottom of the page and listen to the MP3 recordings) but instead of going over them 1 by one and still having to read and try to make out I was wondering if anyone can record  themselfs just once(as in not the whole 6 times for riual) and post it so we will have it up here. But just as an example, in AHV is it AAHHHHHHHH then VVVVVVVV or do I keep my throat in the position of AH then  add V with my lips to vibrate it all together?

If someone posts a recording of themself doing the vibrations for the ritual, it will be the same as the Mp3 recording.

The vibrations for the ritual are like reading a sentence. Each sound is individual. You do not need to make the AH and V sounds at the same time. You make the AH sound and then the V sound.

Just vibrate it AAAAAA-AAHHHHH-HHVVVVVVV. Smoothly transitionong from AAAA to AAAHH and from AHH to VVVV in one go. No need to vibrate them all at once as far as I can tell. 

After following the advice of some other members to vibrate the words combined with the Yogic Humming breath I have been doing that ever since. The RTR flows very smoothly like that and creates a lot of power.
