RTR runs 2 times on weekdays and 3 times on holidays.
But when I do RTR in the morning, I feel very tired.
I do yoga in the evening and do RTR so there is no problem, but in the morning before work, I don't have much time.
Yoga and RTR also need to watch out for parents.
