Reverse Racism

Isn't it weird that blacks call someone racist when they tell blacks to behave civilized or speak proper english? Shouldn't the person defending those actions be 'racist'? They make it seem as if blacks can't speak proper english or behave civilized. It's gotten so bad that winery's are being sued because they have to ask black women to leave. All over black women not being able to keep their voice down in public. Or universities that are asking students to speak and write proper english is 'racist'. If anything the ones saying it's racist are 'racists'. Making it seem that blacks can't intellectually advance. What are your thoughts on this?

Just an excuse for them to not better themselves or work to improve their faults. Always blaming society and not stopping to look within. Society shouldn't have to regress just because of lack of being civilized or educated.
This comes back to accepting and working on individual weaknesses or faults.
