Does anyone here have, or have had restless leg syndrome? Iv had it for as long as I can remember, but lately it's affecting arms as well. I know there's not a known cause as to exactly why it occurs, but has anyone dealt with and overcame it? Meditation is a real b#*ch now that being still is painful. Thanks in advance.

You can try transferring the energy in your legs to your hip chakras. If you have a good feel for energy this should not be too difficult. Just like directing energy, just direct the energy in your legs to your hip chakras. I have tried something like this when sometimes I'm trying to fall asleep but my legs aren't relaxed. It has helped me calm my legs down so to speak. You can also try to take the energy to your base chakra from your hip chakras.

Restless leg syndrome sounds like an issue of energy lingering in the legs and due to lack of circulation this energy piled up there causes the restlessness. You should also try hatha yoga and other meditations for energy circulation to improve your circulation.

I've had it occasionally. For me at least, it is the result of excess energy stuck in my legs. Do you practice yoga regularly? That has practically cured it for me. It seems to be the result of poor energy circulation, which yoga dramatically improves. You can also try the circulating energy meditations on the JoS.

I have it almost all the time, especially when still. Iv been off of yoga for a while, but now that you mentioned it helped you I will definitely give it a solid try. I didn't really consider it, thank you very much for that tip.
