Recently I have realized that I have been using way too much caffeine. It didn't use to be as big of a problem for me, but I think I need to really cut back for health reasons as I am sometimes drinking over ten cups of coffee a day. Would it be best to quit cold turkey or taper down? Also, what would be recommended for helping my brain and energy levels recover after a few years of caffeine overuse?
