Questions regarding information on the JoS Website about the Planetary Squares, Chakras & Pisces Venus Squares

Hello everyone.

As I was preparing for the upcoming Pisces Venus Squares and for the last Aquarius Mercury Squares, I noticed that on the JoS Website it is written that the Venus Square empowers The Heart Chakra, and that the Mercury Square empowers the Throat Chakra. Though, on The Chakras page, it is written that The Heart Chakra is ruled by Mercury, and that The Throat Chakra is ruled by Venus.

How can it be that a Venus Square can empower the chakra ruled by Mercury, and vice versa?

Also, could a Pisces Venus Square be used for something besides spirituality, for example a material one for financial improvement? (as Venus rules my second house) Or would a (Material) Taurus Venus Square be more suited for that?
