Questions...confused...

Hello to all

I'd like to tell you about a experience I had last night, that i'm
having a bit of a trouble to understand.

Before going to sleep i has preforming my meditations as usual. This
time I was channeling peaks of energy to my third eye, I do this a
lot, since I've been unable to sucessfully open this chackra.
Everything went normal, like other times i did that. I was quite focused.

After that, I went to sleep, as usual. Now the wierd suff started to
happen.
Passing just like half hour i guess, i started to have a very wierd
nightmare, I was talking to my roomate like a complete idiot, and
telling him that was a child standing in a spare bed we have in our
room,looking at us, and he couldnt see it. I was acting like a
retarded person, moving like one too.
Then i started to feel very uncofortably warm, and aroused. Then a
heat rush climbed up my spine and I started to sweat a lot, my head
started to hurt,in the temples, and it seemed that someone put a
incandescent coin-like object in my forehead, pressuring it against my
bone. I was breading heavilly at that time, frenzy like.
Then i started gain consciosness and reajusted gradually my breath.
I woke up. My head was hurting, and my forehead was very hot,
especially in a circle in the forehead.
(i smiled then,it scared me but i smiled. i knew something is
happening to me, and isnt bad)

Can someone tell me what the hell happened to me. today i'm very calm,
and I'm a kinda hyped person. my body is cold, but my head is warm in
the top and in the front.

wow, crazy. sounds like one of those really dramatic dreams that you feel is real life then you wake up. I wish i was qualified to decode it for you. I will say that when you open the third eye it is very interesting how it does different things for different people. I see things in front of me in black and white occasionally while my eyes are closed. Also you say it was a nightmare, well maybe you are being attack by the ememy..?/ please write again, id like to know what you find out about it.

Interesting, I feel this burning in my hands lately when I get
extrememly piss3ed off. I got ticked the other night and it was odd.
My hands were cold and my body was generating heat. I asked my friend
to check my energy reading she said i felt hot. My head hurts
sometimes too..

Hey first of all thank you for the reply
I'll try to make myself understood as best as I can, as this subject
is still in need to be understood by myself.
I'm pretty sure by my experience (wich isn't great, but enough for
this matter), that i wasnt being attacked by any entity, as also I'm
able defend myself from them in some way. The sense of fear i
mentioned was due to the things that were happening, the rush of
energy never felt, i suppose you can understand that eheh
really brutal. but then i realised that i had to gain control, and
concentraded, then the wierd heat, and a buch of other feelings and
stuff that i cant explain really...
I'm pretty sure it wasnt a dream/nightmare the whole time, it was only
in the begining. Then the other stuff happend with myself with plenty
of counscioness...at least i think so.
I guess i'll keep pushing my trainings, i want to know where this
goes...it's fascinating.
