Yes. It can be learned at any age. And when I said it was too vague I wasn't referring to the member itself, but to the questioning of it.

Oh ok..I didn't understand, thanks for clearing it up. The xtian church strictly forbids these types of practices as I understand, I've laughed at some of these televangelist imposters for introducing techniques to their congregations that would be considered witchcraft, such as visualization, and asking "gawd" to bring them money for example. Joel Osteen comes to mind, I think that's his name. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds.

To be honest I don't think it would matter that much, It wouldn't change any major thing. Why are you asking?

You might be able to find some good advice online, but one thing you could do is start with your consciousness, like during your waking hours ask yourself "am I dreaming?" I didn't start lucid dreaming until after I had a few astral projection experiences. I think that made it easier because the experiences were similar except I knew the difference between being out of my body and being in a dream. I'm not an expert at it though, every time I've done both it was by accident. There's blogs you can read about others experiences, I found it helpful to read about it and I think it prepared me mentally for the experiences I had.
