Greetings and sorry, noble HPS Lydia, you have done some really great posts about Yoga in the past, so I wanted to ask you something.

If I wanted to include specific Hatha Yoga poses in an (Astarte's) 8-step meditation session, that is, separate from the specific Hatha Yoga session, what are the "best" 7 poses that you would recommend for each of the seven chakras?

Something that is both sides of the body, not first one and then the other, but that also has a good Ease/Effectiveness ratio, please (some mj poses are and will be impossible for now or too physically tiring, I would like something that I can hold comfortably for several minutes).

I would be really grateful for this :) Of course, if you would like to answer me, just write me the name of the specific asana, then I will look it up on Google or in some book. Thanks :)

You have to find the ones that are best for you. We all have different bodies and alignment (of energy, stagnation, etc), so what is best for one person is meh for another. There is no way I or anyone can advice which would be best for you.

Thank you so much!
I will do my best to feel this. Luckily, sometimes my body seems to ask for specific positions that I later discover are Yoga. I will start from there. :)
