Question about Kundalini Awakening

Hi, I have some questions about my spiritual path.

I am an SS for years and I had spiritual experiences since I was a child. However there is a problem which makes me really sad. When I first started meditating, I immediately felt its effects and since last year I have been having the symptoms of kundalini awakening. I had a huge pain on my spine which sometimes happened during my sleep, as if something was climbing up. Also I sometimes have pain in my back, especially heart area. Besides, sometimes when I wish for something, it happens and I think it is because of the kundalini.

Nevertheless I feel like my work does not help me to fully awaken my kundalini. Normally I saw people who had these symptoms and they experienced the awakening, but I feel like I am stuck. Since I had the symptoms, my point of view towards life changed drastically and it made me a bit apathetic (positively) to some events. So it really changed me but the fact that I am unable to awaken it makes me feel incompetent. My close friend whose kundalini is awaken is telling me that the meditations I am doing are normally enough and I should be patient. But I am not trying to make things happen rapidly, I just feel like I am stuck and sometimes I ask myself what if I cannot achive my goal for years and keep having these symptoms even though I try my best?

If you ask me about my meditation routine, I have almost never stopped it except when I was severely sick etc. I just want to know what I am doing wrong or if my meditation program is enough.
Apart from yogas, AoP and cleansing, I have Raum Meditation, FCM x2, Spinning, MerKaBa, Ptah, Thaum for 3rd eye, and Isis for senses. I am not sure if this is enough or should I add more?

I would be really happy if any experienced of you advice me.

All of this path aids the Kundalini, but some things do so more than others. However, you don't want to try to force the Kundalini either, as it is important to deal with karma and cleaning before the introduction of such power into the soul.

You should not feel incompetent, because the process is a long-term one, unique to everyone. Talk to your GD about specific suggestions towards aiding your Kundalini's progress.

What is your advice on dealing with karma and cleaning? I did not want to use Munka as I thought it is a bit advanced for me but now I am not sure. Also, I actually do not want to force it but I am just wondering why I am having these symptoms for a year without any awakening.
I talked to my GD about this and there are other Gods/Goddesses who is helping me but I felt like I should ask here to see what I cannot realize clearly.

Kundalini works on each chakra and causes pain in the ones that are blocked also after all blockages are cleared then one also has to balance his ida and pingala which trust me takes a long time then does the kundalini awake

King and Queen Meditation is helpful for the balance, am I right? Or is there any other important works for this?

As far as the symptoms you described, this sounds like energy movement hitting blockages, which causes pain. As far as manifesting your wishes, this is just a product of your will, which is helped by the Kundalini, but not dependent on it.

The Kundalini awakening process is gradual and includes both small and major symptoms. Feeling energy movement in the perineum, such as tightness, can be a simple indicator of Kundalini activity. Many meditations and activities of our path stimulate the Kundalini, which builds in strength over time. This is why your friend said that you are doing ok in regards to progress.

In regards to cleaning, this is paramount to this path and will aid the Kundalini's progress. You should do as much as you can without exhausting yourself, taking time to recharge your energies.

For karma removal, this represents some of the blockages that will hinder the Kundalini, although these obstacles do not make up the entirety of one's negative karma. You can focus affirmations on removing Kundalini blockages, or on removing major obstacles to your life, in a general sense. Following the transits of planets like Pluto, Saturn, and Uranus, their influence can amplify transformations and make these workings more effective or otherwise worthwhile.

Even regular, constructive workings will push against negative karma, but a removal working can be more stressful. This stress is what people need to be careful of, making sure not to overload themselves. If this is accounted for, then a clean and protected soul does not have to avoid Munka workings, which definitely do help our problems, especially those which are deeply rooted or major negative elements of karma.

Ideally, you would split your time between empowering your soul and dealing with your highest priority karmic problems and other elements of life. Not everything needs to be dealt with before placing emphasis on the Kundalini, though, as the Kundalini itself will burn karma, but some problems will require extra attention.

I know that it's been a while but there is a question in my mind about this topic. By my researches I think in my past life I had an addiction but not sure what it was (alcohol etc). Let's assume that somebody had an addiction, in which specific chakra(s) would be effected mostly? Approximately two years ago while I was meditating, I felt like something was stuck (energetically) around my throat but then it passed. I wonder if it would effect someone's throat and heart chakras.

Have you done the Watchtower Meditations? These are the most important in terms of liberating all energy in the back and spine.

A tip - If you do each of these when the Squares for each Chakra are marked on the calendar (i.e. 6th/3rd Knot - Moon Square when the Moon is in Cancer or a Full Moon that day ideally on a Monday, Middle Chakra/2nd Knot when Mercury is in Virgo or Gemini during the hour of Mercury ideally on a Wednesday/Friday, Base Chakra/1st Knot on any Saturday during the hour of Saturn [since Saturn won't return to Capricorn or Aquarius for nearly three decades], all non-VoC of course), they can liberate the entire channel of your spine very well. This is an extremely important part of the rising.

Returning Curses every day will also help.

I haven't done it before but that is a great recommendation! I just don't know if we suppose to do these meditations one time only, or is this something to be done regularly? I would be really happy if you answer this question <3

You can actually do them multiple times and I would recommend this for the 1st Knot given Saturn isn't going to be all that powerful anytime soon, but it can be overkill doing these outside of their days and hours of power IMO. Stick to a Saturday during the hour of Saturn for liberating the 1st Knot for example (although you can also do so on Friday [Venus day], since Saturn is exalted in Libra).

Avoid detriment/fall days of Saturn concerns where the Base Chakra isn't responding too strongly like Sunday or Monday, unless you're continuing something you began on Saturday.

I experience this blocked throat sensation at times , sort’ve like a yawn while even though I’m not tired. Even before a RTR sometimes it creeps up. In your case is it like a yawn when this blockage is felt?

Currently working on a soul freeing working with MUNKA included, I’m hoping it reduces the frequency.

I’m speculating that it’s caused either from an imbalance of over working the male counterpart chakra OR perhaps the chakra above my throat needs to be fully open and more empowered that it currently is.

Either way I know it will settle if I implement either one of the solutions above. I’ve also had hip blockages that have gone away on their own.
