What do you think about factory work?
Do you see it as any work or is it slave labor for you?
Do you think it is dignified to be a factory worker rather than an employee or shopkeeper?

What is JoS's position regarding this kind of work?

Is it a good job? Do you get good money? Do you enjoy doing it?

You should try to get whatever job is best for you that you are able to get. But this isn't bad if you like it.

It's probably a repetitive job, we could call it robotic.
For me is OK if your boss respect you and you are treated with dignity is the most important in my opinion. In the future will probably be robots or AI doing this kind of work. I'm unemployed right now I wouldn't mind this job for a while but not for too long

While arguably, every single practicing Spiritual Satanist deserves the highest of honors and blessings both spiritual and material and we do constitute both the ancient and also the up and coming, eternal aristocracy of the world, that time is not yet now and we have to make ends meet however possible.

As long as you are not wantonly harming other Gentiles and your work is honorable, you should not be ashamed to work in a factory or even as a sewage cleaner or something. If I remember correctly (and do correct me if I am wrong), HP Cobra said that in the past, he used to work very hard in a demanding physical labor job.

This all being said, every Satanist deserves to be well-off comfortably on virtue of their efforts and you should NOT be afraid to love and want as much money as will satisfy you, provided it's not based in endless and vicious greed and you seek to make your fortune through the undeserved misery of others. So while your work may currently be to do manual labor for now, feel more than free to do any and all kinds of financial (and related, such as freeing the soul) workings you see fit to elevate your financial lot to a state you feel comfortable.

Factory labor plays a crucial role in our society, and the individuals who perform it should be recognized for their hard work. Not everyone is naturally suited for leadership roles, and that's fine. However, it is imperative that before you engage in such work, make sure that you are provided with healthy and safe working conditions. This includes appropriate training, equipment, and resources to minimize any risks and hazards. Despite this, it is important to remember that leadership is not solely reserved for a select few, as it can be developed and honed through training and experience. Every individual has the potential to grow into a successful leader, and it is our shared responsibility to encourage and support this growth, so if you want to do something better with your life, you definitely can. It is up to you.

Yes, all work is dignified, and all work is honourable. All work has my respect personally. All people who do something deserve respect. Having done all sorts of things, I tell you this, there is no dishoroable work.

The mentality that there is any, while society and existence functions on many layers, is a mentality that is errant. If one becomes the best at what they do, a good life is ahead of them, no matter what this profession is.

There should be no shame in one's profession whatsoever.

Absolutely fine and great. That's very positive. The only thing we see as negative is to not do anything in life whatsoever, like complete laziness.

Everything and every profession is accepted in JoS, we hold no discrimination, no matter who you are or what you do, from the darker areas to the brighter areas.

Even if one is in unemployment but does great work for the Gods, that's still perfectly fine.

What should be the aim of any Satanist is to have a good, well placed job, that provides what is necessary for one's spiritual progress and material existence.

As one progresses, one's work capacity might also progress, based on goals set for one's self, one's family, one's society, or the JoS itself. That is individual. Success is promoted in Spiritual Satanism, yet often-times one's success is largely a definition of where one is serving their purpose best. This is not the same for all individuals.

Lastly, in our mythology the Gods have under control all spheres of existence. A gravedigger, or a shopkeeper, or a painter, or a statesman, all belong under the same purpose for existence.

Work ethic is needed.... It taught me logistics and distribution, and was a great stepping stone for me in my job searching career. As long as work conditions and safety conditions are ... Well. Safe.
