Hello.

Got blood test few days ago, cholesterol is around 190 (normal range) and triglycerides is 320.

and I started taking Flax Seed oil ( omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids) soft gelatin capsules, yesterday. 1 capsule per day.

Is this a good and SAFEST alternative for me in this condition please advice ? :(

I don’t wanna take statins or fenofabri medicines for thinning the blood.
Plus I walk 3-4 kms now and started noticing fat loss on tummy on my first day.

Had bad dream about brain stroke but I think it was a warning sign by my subconscious to IMPROVE MY HEALTH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It scared the shit outta me !! Damn ! I m very pessimistic but my blood group is B+ I’m never b positive mentally XD it’s bad though.

And what other things can I do now ? I’m afraid to do aerobic exercises I think I should just now do brisk walk as much as I can.

Hello! You should start exercises of any kind, longs walks are very good, running, swimming, any type of cardio really. You diet is also very important, start cutting sugar, carbs, red meat, as many processed aliments as possible. Start eating more fiber like beans, lentils, peas, oats etc, you can find great sources of fibers looking online. Omega fatty acids are great, as they are a source of unsaturated fats, which are great for lowering your cholesterol and triglycerides. Other examples for unsaturated fats are fish meat, nuts, seeds. Try these before considering statins as they can cause some side effects.

To start off, please consult a doctor about these things.

Now, the question I would ask is: what are you eating? For you're triglycerides to be so high, your diet must be very bad (eating junk food, potatoes chips, burgers, etc). I would advice you to cut off on bad food. Sure, you can take a supplement as well (I don't know what Flax seed oil is, and I'm saying, go to a doctor about these things), bit the most important is to fix your diet and eat healthy, home-made cooked meals.

I tried to give you a good advice based on what you asked, but of course that it would be for the best to see a doctor regarding this. There are many factors to consider: how old are you, whether you smoke, drink alcohol, what type of a person you are, have a sedentary lifestyle or not, have other health problems related to this or other issues. There are more test you could take. Having high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides for a long time can cause heart disease and atherosclerosis. Take care!
