As Hs666 wrote, the position is irrelevant. However, it takes a lot of power to destroy someone. Try binding first, and then work on an area of your enemy's life, such as losing his job or damaging his reputation.
And make sure it is correct justice. There are some new members who think a mild argument is worthy of "destroying their opponent's soul". (This is based on posts and emails over the years.) If he truly did damage your life, then do the above mentioned, and increase your ability to hand out justice.
