Question #5598: Minor aspects & Transiting Pluto

Does transiting pluto still affect planets when it contacts them with minor aspects like Semi-sextile, Semi-square and Sesquiquadrate? I haven't seen any JoS info about pluto contacting planets with these minor aspects.

Yes it does have some effects but with lesser intensity than the major aspects.
