If karmic seeds are "burned out," they cannot manifest, because they do not exist. This does not mean that any negative energy cannot manifest in your life.

However, look at the transit of Neptune and its aspects to "monitor" the situation in your life.

Neptune will be in Aries soon so not that strong, this is good. As Neptune transit in Pisces are very consuming, and long, depending where they hit - at least in my experience. So possibly transit would be not that hard as you expect.
Regarding karmic seeds I don't have much to add, no expert here sorry.
