I intend to use methods of spiritual warfare against politicians and their annoying decisions that interfere with freedom in our country. Can I adapt the methods of spiritual warfare, for example RTR to destroy stoopid ass dictator who role my country about 30 years? im really piss off!

Well yes. Especially if this person has cruel intentions. If your picking up on this person's motives , This politician looks and seems to be a pompous jerk, and is rude to people. Then by all means! Yes!

you can do whatever seems right with evil individuals, but it is not always worth your time or effort, to destroy someone it takes alot of energy especially with people in power which seems like a lot of factors and different energies govern that matters. you may consider put your efforts on rtr's..
you dont see spiritually powerfull people on our side just destroying dictators which can lead to another kind of evil replacing them and all your effort totaly wasted.
when it comes to vip's and higher people in society, i wont intervene unless i know exactly what i am doing or if i given a task by our priestess.

Yes you can use RTR against someone, if the target is a jew it will work even better. You can just visualize the target person as destroyed, or whatever is your scope, when affirming the third part of the RTR, as this is specifically addressed to the jewish power and spiritual protection - so energy can be sent to a specific jew or jews' puppet.
