Question #5383: Power meditation immediately after eating

Other than hatha yoga and kundalini yoga ,which obviously must not be done after eating ,can I do power meditation immediately after eating
 
It is better to do it 1-2 hours before or after meals, as a full stomach can interfere with your ability to focus and your body activities can make you doubt what you are experiencing.
 
Your stomach should not be so full or so empty that it distracts you in any way.
