I look very normal by my appearance .But I weigh a lot .I have fat friends who weigh lesser than me .But I am not even half of their fatness and yet I weigh more than them. This is making me extremely stressful and heavily giving me depression.I don't have even a little extra fat .What is causing my body to weigh more ,yet my physical appearance does not look even a little as to the weight it shows.

If it isn't harming your health and aesthetics then what is the problem? It's just a number at that point.

If you are overweight, a diet and regular fat burning n training can help you.

Don't worry about numbers on a scale.

Height, bone mass, and muscle all contribute to weight. One woman I am related to weighs 20 pounds more than you would think, simply because her bones are strong and dense. Whereas another female relative I have weighs 40 pounds less despite being taller, because her bone structure is much more delicate.

Body density. That's one of the reason all elite gymnasts are much stronger than many bigger athletes. Their muscles are denser because they're heavy (mass) and occupy a small place (volume)

Density is mass divided by volume. So with high mass and low volume, you have high density. With low mass and high volume, you have low density.

Many people nowadays tend to confuse mass with volume, especially gymtards. Mass is how much you weigh, not how big you are.

If you don't look fat, you shouldn't have a problem. However, you should take care of your body and make it look 'fit', not average. There's no virtue in being average nowadays, it's the new fat. Taking care of your body is more important than any andrapoda excuse, and keeping fit and eating right will make sure you take care of both your body and soul, and can advance better.

There are multiple factors, height, muscle mass. Why does it bother you as long as you look good?

Muscles and bones both weigh a lot more than fat. Fat really doesn't weight much.

All of the above responses were accurate and really great responses. I say be proud of your weight and show it off as if to say "see, you can tell I'm not that fat. I got lucky in the gene pool and have very dense bones and dense muscles!" And let those who know your true weight, think about that! Keep your chin up and change your mindset to appreciate your advantages. And they ARE advantages. You are VERY LUCKY and definitely SPECIAL. Remember that.

Hail Satan!!!!
