Saturn is in my 1st house in Aries but also Part/Lot of fortune Aries but 1°

How does this affect my 1st house?

"Fortune" comes from "Fortuna" which means fate. Here we have to think of the Tarot card Wheel of Fortune, representing both the rise and the fall, success and failure etc..

A fact to know that does not necessarily have to do with the question:
The ancients apparently separated the notion of Part of Fortune into Tyche (lunar) and Daïmon (solar). Note the very close meaning with Daemon!
