Hello. I never could sit in the Lotus pose longer than... mmm... half-minute maximum, for my legs are starting to numb. And if I earlier related to this in no way ("Well, just think I can't sit in this pose... I don't need it anyway".), then now I realized all its beauty and would like to practice it. But - again - my legs are numb in this pose, even in its lightened version (just one leg in front of the other). I'm still able to learn it and practice? Or is it not my pose? Thank you for any of your answers (and of course the patience for I don't speak English impeccably though I wrote this text myself.).
