A friend of mine has 4 planets [Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and Venus] as well as a Lot of Fortune in the 8th House of Leo/Cancer.

Along with Uranus, Mars and Moon in the 3rd House of Pisces.

It could also be natural born talent. Either way, if they are showing interest, they would be very powerful with so many planets in the 8th house.

It would be good to guide them to spirituality, in a safe way for you of course. Don't expose yourself too much. Left alone, this combination could go bad. All stelliums can be problematic to deal with, and the 8th rules obsessions.

You could find a page on the JoS that interests you, and show it to your friend and say something like "look at what someone sent me (or saw linked online), do you think this is real?" Perhaps the page about astral temple or astral projection, for example. Those tend to interest people. And then when they look at the page, they might see the link to the homepage and you can feign ignorance about the rest of the site, and let them explore it on their own.

It's most likely powerful parents/soul lineage. Newly born souls don't start at 0, but it's not exactly a roll of the dice either. People don't just "appear" with a random chart, if it's your first incarnation, you inherit most of your chart from your parents.
