Ok if talismans aren't great at protection then what can someone do, like say someone is out of town on business,what can they do if they can't find time to protect themselves in said sinerio
What should they do cause it makes no sense to use your energy if your energy will just dissapate an can't protect you

A basic aura of protection can be done in one minute, which is far better than nothing. Clean your aura and chakras with light, and then breath in white-gold energy on the inhale and on the exhale affirm something like "I am always safe, secure, protected, and healthy in every way". Do this 20 times.

Of course, it is much better to use vibration and runes, but if you are in a pinch, the above is better than nothing.

The aura of protection is many times more effective than talismans.
