I really need help, I have been having trouble meditating, I have recently done the Satan absolution ritual, and I have not been able to do the protection aura, I cannot imagine the white gold, I really still want to remain a member of jos, and even if I try I can't do much visualizing, I have always had a visualizing mind, but very disordered, I have been receiving attacks from enemies, and I have been feeling a bad feeling in me, I wanted to continue doing that ritual, I don't know how to continue.

Try with open eyes in the begining, imagine a light bulb or look directly at a candle. You don't have to try hard, so long you're doing it will come naturally with time, don't think about it working or not, just know you're executing it.

The secret is training. Don't get nervous/panic. Try to imagine what Goku looked like when he had that yellow light around him (I know it's not the best example to take but that's the concept). If you don't succeed immediately, don't give up, even just the commitment to trying is training that will lead you to visualize better and better

This is not as easy in the beginning. Keep practicing and it will get easier.
