If I affirmed just a rep wrong , but all the rest of my affimation for a square right, is it ruined?

does square affirmations need to be spoken? is an intrusive thought like for example this square of insert planet here is empowering my negative energies, count as an affirmation? does thoughts count as an affirmation after square reps?

the use of affirmations is just for "guiding" the energy with your mind. does that make sense to you? no you didnt ruined your working because one was without visualization.
what makes your working ruined is doubt or inconcistence.

it is ok to say affirmations in your mind. but try stick with one method and what feels more powerful to you.
