Question #4999: Serious Question About Solar Return Degrees for a Chart I'm reading

Hello I'm looking at a SR chart that has all four angles on 0 degrees of the cardinal signs. Literally almost a flat zero for every angle. I was wondering what is the significance of this and is it a bad sign that bad things are coming, or I wonder if its a sign that the owner of that chart has already died the prior SR year and that I'm just looking at a meaningless chart.

Can anyone help me with this and explain how I should read this chart? The AC is 0 degrees Libra with Venus in the first house, also in Libra.

Hello

This isn't bad. It shows major changes, new beginnings, in the life. Possibly a new relationship and career change, or a marriage that alters the individual's social status. 0 degrees always show a new beginning, and as it's the angles, a new direction in life.
