I am experiencing migraine headaches and mind fog.
Every time I do chakra opening. And yoga. For some reason? What am I doing wrong..!? And I go to take a nap. It's even worse. ??

It's normal. Means it's activating. If it's too unbearable then stop for a few days on chakra opening (DO NOT STOP meditating tho!) And return to it after those few days.
