Hello. My joints have been bothering me for probably six months now. And almost ALL of them - first were the knees, then the hips, then the ankles, then the shoulders... Just recently I noticed a dislike in the joints of the knuckles of the index and middle fingers on my left hand (for example, I cannot unscrew a tightly screwed bottle cap with my left hand). I have been thinking about arthrosis for a long time, but this is usually a disease of the elderly (and I’m only 12, soon to be 13)... But a couple of days ago I talked about this topic with a close relative who has rheumatoid arthritis. I went to check the symptoms of this disease - what if it was inherited? But no. I don’t have any swelling or especially REDESS. Well, I then went and looked at the symptoms of arthrosis at the same time. And they almost all coincided... And even a possible reason for its appearance (a lot of sedentary lifestyle). So far there is no medical confirmation of this, but we will probably undergo an examination soon.
Please answer my two questions - 1) Is it possible to walk a lot? (the relative I mentioned believes that “my joints click and hurt due to decrepitude due to the sedentary lifestyle of my muscles, which no longer support them,” and insists on “pumping up my muscles by walking”) 2) Which planet is responsible for the joints? If yes, which one?
Thank you.

If you are sedentary then you really are destroying your body. Some bodies are different and the destructive effects of being sedentary will start earlier.

You need to do sport, a lot of sport, since you're still 12 I suggest you start gymnastics, as it's gonna strengthen all of your body, and when you're gonna be 15 all teenage girls are gonna be all over you, while the boys will all be jealous of your phisique.

I wish I started gymnastics when I was your age, I would have had fewer problems if I did.

But one thing is certain, you need to start training, or it's gonna get worse. You need to train all of your body.

Hello :)

In addition to Aquarius' advice, you need to be consulted by a doctor. We can't diagnose you, and self-diagnosis can lead to the individual thinking they have all sorts of problems.

You are young, there are some young people who have it, but it is rare. Look into your diet, are you getting enough vitamins? Do you take a multivitamin, enough vitamin D and magnesium? Perhaps get your bloodwork done by the doctor to see what vitamins you might be lacking. Don't let it continue, many things can be solved quickly before it gets even worse.
