What I mean is that I try a lot of things and get out of my comfort zone and try new things, new sports, hobbies, and I'm never good at any, like I want to find one thing I can be good at quickly but nothing comes natural to me like with some people who are good at sports naturally or people who are goos at math or programming, or languages. I feel so useless because of that sometimes, like I'm pretty young but I am afraid that it's too late, I did nothing remarkable during my teenage years and I missed my train already and feel like a useless loveless member of society, a parasite. I need help with this, what can I do?

You're doing the right thing by looking for new experiences. This helps you discover what you want to do, or if not that, then it helps you discover what you don't want to do, which is sometimes even more important and eventually leads you to what you do like to do by process of elimination and by helping you identify the things you want & need from life.

It is not too late for you. It becomes too late for you when you decide to give up. Many people are not necessarily talented, but they have various inclinations towards certain walks of life.

Their ancestors could have practiced this activity, and passed on this competence genetically, spiritually and in the way they raise their kids. There can also be astrology at play, not to mention past lives.

There is no need to feel down on yourself as nobody really expects anything out of young people. Exceptional young people are just that - the exception. Teenagers are kids and so there is no reason to expect anything from them not befitting of the stage of life they're in.

If lack of competence bothers you then you have to put in effort to become competent in something. Trying new things is great, but people are generally at their best when they specialize. Find out what you like and focus on that. Study your natal chart to give you clues as to what you'd be best at.

It would be helpful - in case you have not done yet - checking your Natal Chart. Your planets reveal some talents you did not know or develop before, tehy show the areas of live where you are stronger or weaker.
Feeling unworthy is a very embedded feeling in many people, mostly with xian background and education, as feeling unworthy "for god" is basic in the xian indoctrination. Their mass even says, the xian is unworthy and everything is his/her own fault.
So, if you have this buried feeling in your mind, confronting with this and working to get rid or reduce its influence, will open the doors to feel more confident in new activities. This may come from traumas in your early life. If this was the case, first or late you will need to confront this.

You are WORTH for something in your nature. Each of us is in his own way.

I experienced deep sense of being unworthy and I found, I gave up on things after a while, because "nah I'm no good, etc" while it was not always true.
What helped me, apart of meditations, several Munka session to reprogram the mind, was practicing a sport where "endurance" is required. This can be weight lifting (you cannot give up until you lift the weight or exhaustion), climbing (you need to reach the top), running for long distances (you need to complete your mileage for today), you name it. Something helping with improving will of "doing it". Sports is a very energy and self esteem booster.

It's never too late. I remember, HPs Maxine Dietrich often said she was quite old. So I understood, she gave birth to the JoS quite late in life.
TV, mainstream, show that only the youngest are "good at" in incessant tv shows promoting youngs as rulers of the world, and then you are "gone". But I see, most politicians for example are quite old, so they reached a high point late in life.
