Can a person who is of a similar admixture start a relationship with someone who shares the same admixture but not necessarily from the same location?

For example, someone who is European + Asian, such as a Japanese or Filipino person, mixing with a North East Indian person - who basically looks Chinese - or other certain Asian looking Indians/Bangladeshi's.

Despite not sharing the exact same "racial background", but sharing similar PHENOTYPE? Are they compatible?

I'm not sure if you are confusing race and ethnicity.

If the Race is the same, but they are in 2 different countries, then they are still the same race and it is fine. If they are as similar as possible.

Just the word phenotype can be coincidental, and 2 different race mixed people could coincidentally end up looking similar when they are actually very different from each other racially.

Find somebody who is as similar to yourself as possible. If the person looks different from you, then you know for sure you are not the same. If you know that you both are racially the same, and you also look very similar, then you know that you are racially compatible.

If you know that you are racially different from each other, but you coincidentally have some features that look similar, then this physical feature could just be a coincidence from something like convergent evolution or random chance. If you know that you are racially not the same, then you already know that you are not the same.

If you are the same race, and you are the same smaller sub-racial group and are very similar to each other, then it could be from different countries. Like how Japanese and Korean are different countries, but their people are still very closely related.

I've seen some Portuguese people who look exactly like Filipinos.

Ancestry is so important, everyone should find out as much about themselves as possible, and about their potential mate. Everyone should have pride in themselves and their ancestors, and keep their lines as pure as possible, for the sake of their future offspring.
