Question #4612: weight training effect on skeletal frame?

I have never heard of bones increasing in width due to training, density can be increased this way. Some of the best ways to increase the density of the bones is by ''shocking'' your body for example sprinting (Not jogging, i'm talking about an all out sprint), also boxing & kicking. Your body also needs the right nutrients such as calcium and vitamin D to increase the health and density of the bones.

You can try out the above there might be some change in the width of your bones, I can't guarantee anything.
