Greetings, I am new to Spiritual Satanism, I have not been able to do meditations and yoga regularly for some time now, mostly because I lack privacy and sometimes because I am lazy. I know you can criticize me and you are right. But before I was able to practice fully and completely in spite of everything. But now I can't do it anymore (more precisely, I can't do it all). Some time ago I experienced something that destroyed my mood and motivation. I'm trying to get rid of it, but I doubt I'm succeeding. I am waiting for your suggestions Brothers and Sisters!

Don't think of meditation as a daunting task, an annoying assignment. Don't put too much pressure on yourself.

Meditation is like listening to music, appreciating art, smelling flowers. Relax, feel your heart, and relax your soul as you would your body.

No one will be lazy to do something enjoyable, and no one will put off a good thing. Make meditation a pleasure so you don't avoid it and you don't procrastinate.

With aura cleaning, AoP, chakra spinning and returning curses I kind of feel this way. It's like I have to get all that done before I can do normal meditation. If I don't do all that first then I am not doing the essential daily meditations. Returning curses I don't do regularly because the affirming part is tedious.

How do you get past that?

Affirmations don't take more than 10 minutes. You can get through them with discipline and patience. They are usually 9 reps, sometimes 18, and it's only a few sentences. You will get better, faster, and more effective with more practice.

You lack discipline and focus. I recommend you start going to the gym for discipline and mental strength, and doing void meditation for focus and clairvoyance.

Seek doing quality meditations, like an important and enjoyable event. Your mind will remember and seek more of this in time, you don't have to chase "regular" and "obligatory routines" at first, but develop this by quality and important moments you give to yourself for this. You can plan however at first, a meditation once a week, once every two days or as you desire it. This will build the desire and the need as opposed to force it down.

Is your mind tired? Use yoga to your advantage, relax deeply into your consciousness and then stay in your brain or observe your own mental state and energy.
Are you feeling too lazy to start meditating
