Question #4561: About aura cleaning

I am cleansing not only my aura, but my energy body, my aura and my chakras.

I cleanse the energy body with visualization, mantra vibration, affirmation. Then for my aura, then for my chakras. Is that right? Is there anywhere else I need to cleanse?

Also, how can I differentiate between the energy body and the physical body and do I need to cleanse them separately?

This is a full cleaning, you are doing right.

Yes you clean your physical body and soul differently... You clean your soul via meditations, and you clean your physical body by showering or something. Or is this not what you asking?
