Question #4490: Chakra Opening Going Wrong?

The more I open my chakras, the more I seem to feel that they are aching and dirty instead of feeling more open.

Sometimes the area where my sacral chakra is really aches. In the Venus square visualization, my heart chakra also feels blocked and aches in the same way.

What do I do?

Focus on cleaning more. Cleaning, empowerment, and protection should be done everyday, and in your case focus on cleaning the most. Visualize bright light (white-gold) entering your head and as it goes down, it pushes all dirt out of your chakras and soul.

Or first you can do it individually on chakras first, pushing out the dirt, then on the whole soul.

Later you can do HPS Lydia's deep cleaning working.

Don't force. Be patient and clean your soul. This will lead you to open blocked chakras.
