I get my information from many different sources, i generally don't keep those sources. There is one doctor that i watch on YT every now and then, most of the things he talks about can be seen as holistic medication. He is called Dr Eric Berg, don't take everything he says to heart, try to find other sources for the things you are looking for.
There are also books that might be interesting to you, take for example foraging books, The books i have (Written in Dutch so probably not relevant to you) also spend time to explain some of the health benefits.
