in the past, i was sexually abused. currently, i don't respect myself and consider my body as an object. i don't care about my body and i can't approach it with respect. how to love myself and my body?

In addition to the advice already given, affirm to yourself when you have an energy buzz (after doing yoga or breathing exercises) that you are valuable and precious, and that you respect yourself again.

Take care of yourself, tend to your needs, and don't be angry at yourself. Your body is part of who you are, so you need to value and respect yourself again. This will take time, so don't be discouraged if you don't notice results right away. Just keep taking care of yourself
