How to do meditation in adverse conditions say in the commute to work in public transports noisy places etc

Put on headphones and listen to music to avoid noise, sit in a corner, and pretend you're sleeping.
This could work, but depends on the safety of the area you're in. Doing this in a Balkan country or in the US would not be a good idea.

It's not advised to meditate among people especially not among strangers and especially not doing some energy work such as invoking or evoking energy.
Maybe you can do void meditation in such conditions but not the others.

"In a few moments, we'll begin our walking meditation period.

For the walking meditation, you can choose to focus on the movement of your feet or on your breathing. If it helps, you can use a meditation word to accompany your breathing. A traditional word is buddho, which means "awake". Think: "Bud-" with one step, "dho" with another step; or "Bud-" with the inhale, "dho" with the exhale. You can choose any walking rhythm you like. Ideally, you should get to the point where you can do walking meditation at a normal pace, because by practicing walking meditation, what we're trying to do is bring the stillness of sitting meditation into our daily lives"

Every normal human being can meditate with noise. A good meditation you can do with this is to focus on the noise you're listening to with maximum attention.

The important thing is to have the mindset that you're meditating insight into meditation comes that way.
