My cockatiel has stopped eating and has started to isolate itself. We've taken her to the vet, we're waiting for a diagnosis and we're going to give her antibiotics and vitamins. My fear is that we've already lost a cockatiel this way and we suspect that it was due to the excess of antibiotics that were given to her, as she showed a generalized worsening after consuming them. Cockatiels are very fragile animals and any drop in immunity can cause illness. Is there anything I can do to help her, apart from the treatment we've been given? Any healing rituals? I don't want to lose her. He's an extremely important animal to me, he's been with me for a long time and he's been a real companion, I even named him after Lord Ipos. I'm afraid of what might happen, but I can't stand by idly. If you can give me any advice, I'd really appreciate it.

Yes you can try healing with light by programming it in the most favorable way.

Always add extrudates to the cockatiel's diet, which are necessary for a healthy and complete diet.

Always put green salad and apple cut into wedges at her disposal. Always wash them very well first, though!

If there is a specialty pet store near you, get some bird restoratives.

There are sites online that sell supplements to add into the water of the calopsis, for example in Italy we have "Piumedoro" which is very good. (Very few drops are enough).

Coming to the subject of water, the bowl should not be plastic if possible. It is not good for anyone to drink from plastic containers.

Finally go into a trance and wrap your bird in a delicate golden/silver light repeating many times, "You are now completely healed, in the best and most positive way for you. You are well."

Hope she'll recover soon. Good luck.

I also forgot to add that being very sociable animals, they love contact and scratching (especially in the head and nose area). Try to stay close to her but before approaching her make sure your aura is clean. (If you have to clean it, I recommend as far away from your calopsite and other animals as possible.)

Finally if you can, try to provide her with calcium (you can find it on the internet), as this element is essential for the functioning of all muscles, even the heart.
