As I've begun doing meditations, my dreams have become harder to differentiate between real life. Several times I've found myself not knowing if something was a real memory of mine, or from a dream. They're typically harmless, but still... Should I be worried? I've heard this is something that relates to both schizophrenia and alzheimers. I've had two grand-parents with alzheimers/dementia, and it appears as though my mother will also develop it.

If you are young, it is unlikely to be alzheimers or dementia. I think it is more unlikely that you are ungrounded. It is the base chakra and Saturn which helps us to distinguish reality properly, so work on this. Consult the Gods here, and search the forums for methods on better grounding yourself, which can include meditation on the earth element, cleaning and empowering the base chakra, programing Nauthiz to aid grounding, physical exercise, and so on.

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Satan
