How long did it take for you to go into a trance?

There are certain times when your body will be naturally more likely to enter into a trance on its own without you needing to try. Like early in the morning, or at night. In the times when you are in between awake and asleep.

No such thing as failure. You got one step closer to success by attempting. Keep on going, success is inevitable. The key is relaxing here, don't try too hard, just let it happen naturally.
