can I reduce the number of vibrations of runes? instead of vibrating 10 times can I vibrate 1 or 3? I am not able to vibrate 10 repetitions, because I do not have that much energy and it is too much for me.

I don't think so. 1 or 3 is just not enough.

Could you do 5 times? It won't be as strong, but it is better than nothing. It is still a good thing to do.
