Hello. Due to my situation (my Christian mother is with me everywhere and always), I have done FRTR (seems right...) twice so far. But something else really bothers me... When I approach the second ritual (like the Tetragrammaton (read each letter three times, erase one letter...)), I feel tired, as if all my strength has been squeezed out of me and I begin to want to sleep. But I’m already doing the third ritual a little more cheerfully. I am Jewish?...
Thank you.

It takes real energy to do these, and you will become tired if you do not have a lot of energy. It is like exercise. It is important to raise your energy levels before you do this.

This can simply be a case of an excessive output of your energy. It's been mentioned before that when one first dedicates, they should take a couple of months to meditate, clean and protect their soul and overall become stronger spiritually.

Like Ol said, you must excercise and train, and it can also be seen as warfare. One doesn't swing a dull sword; it must be refined and sharpened.

Just because you get tired doesn't make you a Jew. Fatigue may mean that you have used too much energy and are tired, or that you don't have much energy right now.

With the time of your spiritual development, you will have more energy.
