During sexual intercourse, a vein has broken in my penis. I have a lot of visible, veiny body.

It is under the skin under the head, right at the lower crown. A lot of pain, I don't even want to talk about it.

Got to the emergency, a random doctor, knows nothing about this field of medical work, saw me. Didn't know what to tell me, gave me some anti inflammations injections. Some antibiotics. Told me to see a specialist right away.

I get to make an appointment, I need to wait at least 3 weeks for one.

A day passes, the situations got worse. I think a medical procedure of some sorts is due now.

Today, tommorow or this week, is there any danger for these kinds of procedures?

I cannot have an erection, the sexual energy( ? ) rise up by the channels. My body is malfunctioning, it goes sideways.

Doing any kind of meditations brings pain and activation. What can I do?

Is this a situation of real emergency or am I just being scared. I had high blood pressure. Over 17.

As a man, I can have any other type of problem, but this is really bothering me in my mind.

It looks destrod. The size is normal, yet it retracted in infinity, and more than this, the sensations I have are concerning.

The feet are stimulated with no stimulation. Burns right at my kidneys sometimes with stabs around the upper chest area.

A blot clot is already formed, and tissue might even die?

I had pain, but I feel none today yet it looks worse.

Before, I had a dream wer I received a pair of dead feet from a woman. I never had or have any sexual disease.

I'm not really a medical doctor, so this is just some opinions on my behalf. The advice and recommendations from your medical doctor is above all here.

Venous malformations of genitals are rare, but are easy to compress, they do not regress, and pose little risk of malignant degeneration.

External genitalia venous malformations mostly cause cosmetic disfigurement and contribute to considerable emotional distress.

A definitive treatment standard does not exist due to the rarity of the disease.

A sexual erection would make your situation worse as your blood vessels dilates, allowing greater blood flow into your penis along with greater pressure. The heightened pressure contribute to pain. You should avoid sexual arousement for a few days, if not a week or two.

There is nothing wrong with continuing your meditations. Just don't do anything sexual for a while to avoid any pain and swelling.

I have never heard of high blood pressure over 17. Do you you mean 17 over 120/80? Regular blood pressure is at 120/80. 137/80/95 is not a big deal. You are just experiencing emotional distress over the situation. Just take a few breaths and calm down. You will be fine.

Feel free to call your medical doctors if you experience any worsening of any swelling and/or pain. There may be a faint blue patch or a soft blue vascular mass that can darken over time. This is normal, but if the pain increases, consult your doctor for more information.
