Hello, everybody.
I will be brief. I am currently enrolled in my first year of college as a private student, but I am also working full time.

I am trying to manage my time as best I can, but it is becoming difficult to balance study, work and spiritual progress.

My difficulty/problem is that I do not want to and cannot give up any of the three.

If I give up work, I would not be able to pay for college and I would not be able to live. If I give up college, I would be sick because I care about college.
Giving up spirituality, it is clearly impossible. It is not feasible.

I'm trying to find a way to concialciate all three.
Do you think it is possible to do university in my condition? And in the process advance spiritually?
Do you have any advice? How can I do all three of these things without giving up any of them?

It's definitely possible, you don't have to give up on anything, but you have to be very disciplined to make sure that you succeed.

If you're not doing this already, I suggest that you write down everything that you must accomplish in a day and split your time accordingly. Set specific times for your tasks and do your best to follow through.

You might have to sacrifice a bit of sleep as well, like for example waking up half hour earlier to do your morning yoga and meditation.

Try to maximize your time as best as you possibly can. For example if you work on something that doesn't require you to be 100% focused the entire time and you can have breaks, then try to do a meditation or two in that time, during your lunch break you can also get some done.

Essentially you have to make sure that you do not waste a second of your day. Every second counts. This might sound a bit extreme, but when you are dealing with multiple responsibilities, you have to make sure that everything you do in your day is productive, since there's low margin for error.

On the spiritual side of things you can complement with workings for discipline and energy/action. Runes like Nauthiz, Sowilo and Uruz are very good for these things.

Make sure you sleep, eat and exercise properly as to not cause any more stress on your body that would lead to burnout.

As BlackOnyx said, doing your meditations in between studies is a great choice, I do that too. Set up a tiny goal for your studies ( for example, right now I am studying 40 pages from my university lecture ) and then after you finish proceed right into the other task ( for example, cleanse, aura of protection and fundamental energy inhaling ).

It's a strategy that constantly gives you the feeling of accomplishment and makes you go on much more motivated.

University task-spiritual task-normal task(clean up room)-university task-spiritual task....
You can find a pattern that suits your needs.
