Hello everyone

I need some spiritual advice for my spiritual and physical care of my body.First of all I am very familiar with chakra and aura cleansing to have a decent social life and especially at work.

Recently I went through and still go through some disturbing situations related to my physical hygiene. Before I elaborate, I mention that I take very good care of myself (I have venus in virgo retrograde) I wash myself every morning, I get a weekly haircut at the barber, and I take care of my whole body, even if I have a busy schedule sometimes. Recently I started to solve a venereal disease with good and prompt results thanks to the Gods, but I don't know what to do with the excessive sweating I'm facing at the moment.I use deodorants and sprays and to no avail, I sweat and after 30 minutes or an hour I smell again, and this affects me socially and professionally.

I'm thinking that it could also be the fact that I eat fats, use tobacco and drink coffee to be vigilant, and secondly I asked Satan what could be the cause, and my attention was directed without realizing it on the Median chakra and I think I need to clean it abundantly to be able to resolve this.

So.

What can I do on a physical level to clear this problem? Should I give up the spray and just use antiperspirant deodorant and eat healthier?

2.What is the chakra that needs to be addressed?

It also be a good think if someone cand answer to me based on his/her experience

Thanks in advance family

Consuming spicy foods, caffeine, alcohol and smoking can increase perspiration. Opt for a balanced diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.

Try to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. This can help regulate body temperature and reduce excessive sweating. Also, some people admit that when they drink plenty of water during the day they do sweat but the odour is way less than it used to be.

Have you tried using antibacterial soap for your underarms to see if they help minimizing odour? Also I don't think it's a good idea to use this on a daily basis because it changes the reactions of your skin.

Dress in light, loose, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen that allow air circulation around your body.

Keep stress levels in check, as stress can trigger sweating. Engage in relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, meditation and yoga.

Excessive coffee consumption is harmful, but if you have low (low) pressure, drinking coffee in moderation can be beneficial.

I have never understood what is attractive about using deodorants, excessive use of deodorants damages the skin, another thing is when you use high-quality and expensive perfume, applying a few drops of good perfume does not irritate the skin.

Smoking tobacco is a harmful and harmful habit that seriously harms your health over time. I recommend that you completely give up (get cured) from smoking, it is possible that it is smoking that creates problems for you, or inconveniences with health (increased sweating) that you have.

For a quick fix:

A lot of deodorants actually aggravate body odor. Try rock crystal deodorant, it allows perspiration but no odor. You just get it a bit wet then apply to your underarms after showering, and it lasts until the next day.

Perfume/cologne to mask BO is awful. Many people gag on the stench of the combination. It doesn't matter how expensive the perfume is. Some people naturally don't have much of an odor, but many people do.

Lydia, thank you.
Women really like to spray perfume, I mean women's perfume.
When riding in the elevator of a business center (skyscraper), you can often meet women in the elevator who use perfume excessively.
I noticed such a feature that if a woman is physically attractive to me (in appearance), then in most cases she uses perfume that smells really nice.
When a woman comes into the elevator who doesn't seem attractive to me, then for some reason such women use perfume that I don't like, or that really makes me sick.
It's possible that this is just a coincidence, but I know that there is a perfume that smells really nice, and there is one with the opposite effect.

On top of what sister HPS Lydia said, a strange but natural and efficient way of getting rid of body odor for good is slit a lemon in half and spread it in your armpits like a roll-on deodorant. Maybe on other possible areas of high sweat too like neck and below the belly button, just be wary of Sun burns.
I had trouble with this during puberty and this folk wisdom has proven very efficient, you can repeat it once in a while during the week and eventually the problem will almost fix itself after a long period, and make your normal hygiene work without the need of too artificial smells.

If you want a natural antibiotic, buy yourself local honey(the darkest is usually the more healing), then smash some garlic and put it in the honey and leave it until you feel getting a flu. Then consume, that's a super natural antobiotic right there.

It should also be raw honey, not clear/pasteurised honey.

I actually did this some years ago and it worked great. Thanks for the reminder, I will do this asap :)

Joining the holistic train, too.

My mother confirmed that onion also works, but garlic is more potent. Makes sense.
