Run. And notifying police is not a bad idea if it would lead to something. I don't know where you are and what kind of police there are, but generally speaking they would indeed take care of it. When there are unfavorable reoccurring themes related to subjects such as relationships (or any other subject) karma removal workings related to it are in place.

Inform the police. Then proceed to stay away from this person for good and cut all contact.
