They form patterns and even constellations in some places.

Nothing much, they are just pigments and mini-tumors in some cases. I myself have lots of them but a quarter of them dissolved and disappeared due to my energy and will towards clearing my skin out of them ( most of them disappeared when I was actively using sun energy )
