For example,in the aura of protection,when it says to enter a trance and do " this ".Does it mean when you get to the stage where you have a sense of space,or when you have the feeling of falling?And is it the same when it says to enter a state o trance?

Trance is a state of "relaxation".

When you are in "relaxation" (trance), start working. In this case, a light trance is sufficient.
