Question #2996: How to succesfully notice enemy curses.

During the recent RTR schedule I got cursed pretty hard. I jumped into Satanism back in March and I am still getting to grips with it.
I attributed the fact that I felt so bad to myself rather than the curses at first. When I put a stronger AOP up by raising more energy before the working I felt immediatelty better.
Not realizing I was being cursed was a massive blind spot that prevented me from putting up a stronger AOP sooner.
How can I better notice when I am being cursed though? Can I see them as I advance? Right now all I get are occasional flashes of blue energy that I see with my third eye.
I also saw a grey once that attacked my third chakra one morning. After thinking of Satans sigil it was obliterated almost immediately. I know I saw it becaue my third chakra hurt for weeks after that.

Remember, always keep that AOP strong and always keep your guard up.

The 3 main ways to notice any 'amped' attacks are to notice the energy in your environment, do you feel your home or room dirty? Can you see a fog or mist? Maybe even slightly grayish?

You also want to consider your own emotions and perception. Do you ever feel unnecessarily tired or unmotivated? Or are feeling a little more sad than usual?

Lastly, notice when you meditate or do rituals, if you ever start to feel a pressure in your temples or slight headache where normally you wouldn't.

These are pretty basic but will take you really far in noticing most attacks or thoughtforms being sent your way.
