Question #2973: No Air or Fire signs

If a natal chart has no planets in any air or fire signs what's going to happen to this person? Do the angles count as elemental signs like the MC and DC? if not then I'm looking at a chart without any fire or air whatsoever.

It will bring the person an imbalance, dipending on the nature of the elements. This also applies to the the other elements, beacuse they will be in excess.

Depends…

If you have mercury rising or on the MC, then it will “appear” like you have a lot of air because it shows that communication will be a big part of your life. Mercury likes to communicate and it being angular can reflect this in the person. Example: rising (personality, mercurial, chatter box) or MC (career, like radio or writing).

Similarly Mars in the 1st house in a problematic position can definitely make the person feel fiery.

Planets themselves have a pronounced effect. All of these things like elements need to be factored in.
