I know waning moon must be in scorpio,capricorn,pisces for revenge spell to succeed ..Other than this what are the other planets and their perfect signs for black magic revenge spell to succeed

Along with one of these waning moon signs (ideally Scorpio) try to cast a chart with Pluto or Saturn as the chart ruler. Mars will be in it's home sign around the 17th if I'm not mistaken and this can help as well especially with Saturn retrograde.

I read in the main JoS ,it says when mars is in retrograde ,one must never perform spell ,but can one perform revenge spell when saturn is retrograde?
